What is the easiest and best way to unclog black tank vent?

I've not had to do this myself but will chime in. Should be able to remove the vent cap on the roof and run a fish tape down the vent pipe I would think....

Why do you need to clear the black tank vent? We have a 2012 and have been full time since we bought it new and have never had a reason to think the vent pipe is obstructed. If you do have to clear an obstruction, be very careful poking anything down the vent pipe because you can easily go too far and poke a hole in the tank. You might be better off running water down the vent pipe.
