Does anyone have plans for or pictures of an adjustable height tabel that folds down, or know where i can find one?

Are you looking for a wooden table or can it be a plastic one? We have an adjustable plastic table that folds in half and has several settings that allow it to be at different heights. We got it at Sams Club.

We have a table from CW that is wood, has rollers (detachable), drop leaf (coffee table to dining table), height adjustable. Very good quality.

I saw one that is wood at rv shows. It had pins to adjust the height, the top folded down but i cant locate one now.
