Trailer Mud Flaps

Anyone fabricate mud flaps to mount behind the rear axle of their Montana.

I've seen it done, can't remember where and didn't take pictures.
I would like to keep the rear jacks cleaner, they are directly behind the tires and catch a lot of dirt/mud.

I am thinking of doing it,,1 1/2 angle screwed to the frame right behind the back wheel, in place of the channel iron that holds up the undercover plastic. Have put extra cross members under it ,factory only put 3 under the whole belly, got to keep the weight down you know!! Has anyone tried to mount fender skirts above the wheels, could be possible.
