110 volt USB pop up not working

I have a 2018 3701LK, one of my electrical pop ups the USB Port is not working no green light. The 110v side seems to be working fine. Does anybody know if there's a reset or a fuse in them? Looks like it's a whole unit just plugged into 110 v

The USB is likely unplugged. The is a large nut under the unit - unscrew it and pull the unit up. You can then troubleshoot.
