I think the two labels are read together. The top is winterize. The bottom is bk TJ flish.

the top connection is for winterizing the camper. the two tags together are referring to the middle connection. and the bottom connection is your tank flush its the same panel i have.

AMEN to the better manual!!! The only thing they actually cover in the one you do get is liability issues! More or less useless!
