Leveling jacks

Has anyone had a problem with the holes in the front leveling jacks not lining up so the spring loaded pins can go completely thru both sides? My right front jack has sheared the pin since it was only through one side letting the corner drop during auto leveling. Replaced the spring pin but would not go through Reamed the holes to 1/2 “ and it will only go through when tapped with a small hammer

Mine "pop" all the way through once I slide them up to line things up. Have you checked to make sure the replacement is not cocked in any direction?

I have not have to replace one yet. Do they come
in different sizes?

Enlarge the hole with a slightly larger drill bit. Very important to make sure the pin is all the way through. Don't ask me how I know.

Mine sheare. A pin and dropped about4 in during auto leveling. Bought new pin and holes would not line up so reamed reamed to 1/2 I still had to tap them with a hammer to get them to go thru
