Was out working on one of our small business vans a few months ago when I looked up and saw the google maps car go by. Sure enough, there I am now on google maps street view.
Wonder if I can charge them for using my picture without permission?

I'd bet they would give you a dollar to use your image and charge you $5 for showing the side of the business van in the picture. Product placement fee

I was at Bob evens in Portsmouth, Ohio and Google got a picture of our truck parked beside our PT Cruiser. I have often met my wife there while she was on her way home and I was on my way to work.
It still shows the same picture after I search and zoom in on it.
