I'm guessing that the finance people who represent them probably work for the medical insurance companies who look at a bill from someone's medical procedure and decide that was too much to pay to save someone's life no matter what the doctor's skills, and tools were involved.

Next time make them sit up there and make them watch you work. They do nothing but sit and look the whole time it takes to use your labor to save them from a new unit, then show they'll why it was the better deal. Idiots, they are everywhere.

I have found that you need to place the cards on the table first, and keep it business only, especally when it comes to large $$$ amounts for any non profet orginazation. I did a large job for my church years ago, but was to young to understand the process. and lost some money for services rendered. I didnt even get a thank you letter from them.
Very charitable person you are Ozz.
Ozz can you ask for a recipt for a $5000.00 donation for services rendered. then claim in on next years taxes.
