Water Heater on Propane -- Update
Our water heater would not ignite on proopane. Cause: Pinched wire. Okay now.

Where was the pinched wire and how did it get that way?

When I had the water heater replaced in Goshen, IN in 2006, the water heater was installed with the ignition wire underneath the water heater and the wire eventually shorted. All's well now.
