To all you new Big Sky owners?
My original brochure on the Big Sky says it's overall length for the 340RLQ is 37'8" and now the Keystone website says all of the models now are 38'10". Has anyone actually measured their Big Sky yet? What are the lengths of your units? We are just curious. Thanks.

I got my question answered by Mike Spencer, he said: The 37'8" measurement was from the hitch pin to the rear bumper.
The new measurement of 38' 10" is from the leading edge of the front
fiberglass cap to the rear of the ladder which extends from the bumper.
The actual RV overall length did not change on this model, just the way
that we list the measurement. I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Mike Spencer

Take a tape measure to your unit...My 06 3400 is 39 feet 1 inch..that is what we need to shoehorn into a parking spot.

We don't have our Big Sky until the 17th of this month, that's why I asked.

traveltunes, When we make reservations at RV parks we will tell them we need a space to park a 40' 5th wheel and 20' for our TV. So for we have only had a problem in Corpus Christi Tx. A Big Rig to this lady was a Class C type MH. Good luck with the Big Sky.... GBY....

Delaine and Lindy, Thanks for the heads up. The site we have reserved in Eugene, Oregon is a 160 ft. pull through. It is always good to be reminded every so often though. That is something I usually forget to ask when making a reservation.

You can't go by the brouchure OR the website. When I emailed Keystone about the length they had online for my 3475RL, they sent back an email saying they just AVERAGE out the numbers. Almost cost them a sale due to length limits at the CG I stay at in the summer. So, actually measuring yourself is the only way to truly know.
