It's hard to believe only 200#s on the one side would make that much difference, especially if we are talking over 3 tons per side on a 3400. As long as the weight ratings are maintained then all components "should" support it for the duration.
My rig is heavier on the drivers' side as well, and in fact, the rear wheel of the rig is about 300 lbs less than all the other wheels (not much weight in the passenger rear corner). I haven't noticed any difference in the suspension or wheels.
That wear difference you post does seem unusual for only 30,000 miles. I wouldn't think 200 lbs would make that much difference in wear unless you were overweight and even then, I don't know for sure.
Are you planning to take the rig to an RV suspension shop for some analysis? What are your plans?
