Trailair/B&W Companion

For those of you that have a Trailair Air Ride pin box and a B&W Companion hitch, have you had any problems with slack between the hitch jays and the pin? Do you hook up with air bag inflated or deflated?

Exactly what I have. No problems. I never let the air out no reason to.

Does your Trail air have the Rotoflex head on it? Mine does not, just an upper (stationary) jaw and a lower (pivoting) jaw.

No mind was an early one. I think I gave $700 for it and they set me up as a dealer so I could get that price.

I have a B&W Companion with a TrailAir pinbox that I've had on the past two rigs and never a problem. No slack.
