3721RL comfort ride shock install.

Has anyone installed the comfort ride shocks on a 2019 3721 RL ? I was looking underneath and noticed the gas line runs right where the shock top plate would be installed. Thinking of shortening the rigid pipe and adding a length of flex line around the front axial and reconnect past the rear axial to the stove. Any ideas on using the flex pipe as I noticed that they use a rubber hose to flex in the rear ?
