INTERNET CONNECTIONS
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO ACCESS MY EMAIL AND SURF THE WEB WHILE ON THE ROAD?

I'VE BEEN GOING TO THE LIBARY AND USING THEIR COMPUTERS BUT WOULD RATHER USE MY LAPTOP IN MY RV IF POSSIBLE.
