Customer Service being Rude
I was walking around the new 2015 Montana 3611RL Legacy last night in the driveway and noticed a small decal on the side about the tire size. This decal showed that we had E Rated Tires and we actually ordered and have the G Rated Goodyears. So I called Customer Service this morning about getting a correct decal and talked to some lady that was completely rude and said that I needed to have the dealer call them to get this decal. I gave her the VIN and everything, hope this is not a sign of how Keystone Customer Service is if I had a major issue. The lady finally hung the phone up on me.

Unfortunately, Keystone not as helpful as in the past. I have been told twice recently, although in a nice way, to go thru the dealer.

There is no excuse for rudeness, especially in customer service. I wonder though why you called them and not your dealer. If your new truck had a wrong label would you call Ford or your dealer?

Not justifying rudeness but I think the label is suppose to show the minimum tire allowed for that rig, not what's actually on on it. Jim

Good point. The 614 is an option

it is the dealer who deals with montana, not the customer. if you have issues, go through your dealer.

Well the Big Sky setting on the Dealers Lot that comes Standard with G Rated Tires has the correct decal on it, that states G Rated. When I owned the Heartland Landmark I would always deal with Heartland on items that I needed covered under warranty. So that is why I called Keystone.

If you have a major issue, it always used to be best to call Keystone first and then contact a dealer. In the past anyway, Keystone was somewhat more trustworthy and organized than some of their dealers.

But the G rated tires are not standard on your rig. The spec's on the BS must warrant G rated tires! Jim
