SEAFLO Water Leak

Hello,

We have a 2023, 3781RL and I’ve been noticing a water leak in the basement. My first thought was the bathroom sinks, or shower because of where the plumbing runs. Turns out the issue is the Water Pump. It is a Seaflo 3GPM 12V.
It’s leaking from the front part of the pump. I’ve circled the problem part in blue.
Has anyone had this issue before? Is it fixable or should I get a new pump?
We’re using city water, pump is not even running but for some reason it keeps leaking.

If it's under warranty, contact Keystone customer service and they'll send you a new one.

That's the pressure switch.
Maybe the gasket needs replaced?

Take it apart. Maybe try a bead of sealant on both sides of the gasket then reassemble?

Could be freeze damage.

Thank you all for the tips. I did get a hold of Keystone and they are sending me a new one. I’ve read that it’s a common issue with those pumps…

We recommend the 55 series SeaFlo pumps. They are rated 'continuous duty' and are built better than the 33 series. The 33 series are not 'continuous' rated and tend to have seal issues over time. We feel the 55 series is a better pump, although both come with a 4 year warranty. You can get both pumps on Amazon and you can get them in 12 vdc or 110 vac.
