Stupid Question...Battery and Towing

I know this is probably a stupid question. ...yes there are stupid questions...I've asked my fair share.

Ive got my battery in my dining room on a trickle charger (DW loves that btw).

Headed out in a cpl weeks and wanted to pull her out of storage for some maintenance at home then return her to storage. Prefer to not have to put battery in then out...will get pretty cold over next two weeks.

Ok to tow without the battery? Tail and brake lights work with no battery?

Will need battery in to move slides right?
