Just Pulled trigger on a 385BR

Hey everyone, just pulled trigger on a 2021 HC385BR. I came here from a Grand Design TT, this will be my first 5th wheel. Long story short what sold me on the Montana was the drop frame and the nice interior over the Reflection from GD, the storage on the Montana is huge. I mentioned over on the GD site I was moving to Montana and its crazy how brand loyal people are. Apparently if I want cosmetics go get a Montana...hahaha. Oh well hopefully I Chose a good unit.

Thanks

CS

CS,
Welcome. Your path sounds like ours. We also came from a Grand Design TT. Our first was a 305RL. Loved it and now have a 3221RL. Both have been very good and very comfortable. Hope your experience is as smooth as ours.

Happy Travels!

We had a member go from a Montana to a GD. They put all the things in the GD they had stored in the Montana and their cabinets fell off the wall and had to be reattached at the factory. Every brand has it's issues and, with the way they're built, some rigs have more issues than others.

Welcome to the Montana forum. Hopefully it will be everything you hoped it would be. Our fourth Montana just arrived at our dealer, so we understand brand loyalty. We have been very happy with our Montana’s, but it is the members we have met at rallies and on the road that really keeps us coming back. Safe travels and happy memories.

you will love it, we are rolling around in a 3854BR, which is your floor plan. I looked long and hard at the HC and decided to spring for the full Montana. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Congrats on your new camper. That mid-bunk room is real interesting design. Enjoy!
