Hopefully this explanation makes sense. Rotate the head towards you and hand tighten the adjuster. Now rotate the head back which will tighten it even more.

Shower head

Hi thanks for the reply. But my shower has the shower head that adjusts on a slide bar. And has a button to raise and lower height. But slides down on the pole.

Yep, that's like mine, but just to be clear here is a picture of mine. Where my finger is pointing is the adjuster to tighten and loosen. Sorry, image is upside down.

Looks like they changed the design from one that was bad to this new one that is even worse. I can post a link to one like mine that can at least be tightened.

It looks like picture 2 shows the dial that can turn clockwise to tighten

Same issue on our 2020 3121rl. Clear packaging tape met with the "bosses" approval.
