I have an F350 SB and a B&W manual slider. The only time I use the slider is when hooking up and occasionally if I need to get in the forward/battery compartment.
I doubt that I ever turn more than 45 deg. I just don't want to put that much stress on the suspension. On our previous 5er about the size of your HC we had an F250 and the same hitch you have and never had an issue. Once I did have to turn 90 Deg to make an extreme u-turn. That was very early in my fifth wheel career and I got into an area that required that sharp U to get out of. Fortunately I was on grass and when I saw how the wheels tore the grass up I learned a good lesson. I've been careful since to not repeat that stunt.

Rest easy and enjoy your new HC.
