Took My Granddaughter to the range

The 1st Sunday of each month 12 months a year, rain, snow or shine is kids day at the range. It is free to them and each event is scored. They get to shoot bench rest, scoped and open sights .22 cal. My 8 year old grandson and 11 yr old grandaughter attend these shootes each month.
Well yesterday I told my granddaughter that I would take her to the range for some target practic. I took a S&W 22 kit gun and my Remington 513T 22 ca. It was her 1st time shooting peep sights. As it turned out I was the one that need the target practice. She shot a tighter 10 shot group than I did, And she is a good shot with the pistol also. we had a good time.
