Question kitchen floor, shower 2011 high country 323RL

We are new to owning an RV. We recently purchased a 2011 Montana High Co. 323RL 5th wheel. It is our plan to soon live full time in it while building. It has a successful repair of a hair line crack in the shower floor but I am wanting to double check it and possibly replace shower with something more durable or reinforce the floor. How do we access that, as there is not an opening in the bathroom. Also, I feel some slightly "soft" spots in the kitchen area-no where else. Is this something to worry about? No leaks visible, no smells etc. What is the easiest way to view that area to double check.

There are panels that can be removed in the basement to gain access to the underside of the shower. I have been looking for quite some time for a replacement shower at a reasonable price to no avail. Good luck there. Soft spots in any floor are a major concern. They don't just appear by themselves. Something got them wet.
