Sawdust....

I have been noticing we are getting a lot of saw dust and junk falling down onto the bed and the counter every time we use the unit. I know it's from traveling and the unit shaking but where would the stuff be coming from?

On a side note those plastic covers around the vents on the bottom that hook to the ceiling keep breaking from the screws and then the shaking of the unit. What can we do to stop this? 2 of them have broken already, also do you know where you can get some to replace them?
