Fresh water fill leak

When I try to fill the fresh water tank I get a leak from the fill point. I’m hoping the problem is where the connection is leading in from the manual fill point.
My problem is how to access that area to inspect and repair. I’m physically not able to do it but I have a grandson who is. Any suggestions would be appropriated.

Can't find that model number but a 2016 usually has a convenience center where utilities plug in. Generally in a storage compartment near there is a panel you remove for access. Lots of plumbing there and common for leaks from loose fittings. Unscrewing the panel is simple enough.

The leak is unrelated to the convenience center. We were able to partially disassemble the end table adjacent to the wall where the water can be put in manually. The hose inside, leading to the freshwater tank is not visible. We can only assume it is laying on the cover attached to the underneath. We probably will have to drop that down to repair.

I am not understanding what you are calling the manual fill point. A pic would help.

Mike-- Earlier Montana's have had two fill points for the fresh water tank. One in the convenient center and one that is on the drivers side of the unit at the rear. It is or was near where your vent or overflow is on the far end of the unit about a 45 degree angle above the rear running light lens. There was a locking door on our old unit that had both a filler tube and also a vent tube for the air and water to escape from the tank.

I removed the outside manual fill and found what I suspected. No hose attached to it which explains why the water did not go into the fresh water tank.
We tried to disassemble the end table inside to gain access to the hoses. Short of breaking the panel on the end table I’m going to have to go through the bottom.
Knowing what I do now I will still try one more time to open up the table. Worst case, I break the panel and replace it with something similar.
