Refrigerator trouble

We’re running it on electricity. And it just cut out on us pat night. I’m not sure where to start. It makes a sounds like it wants to start but won’t ignite and the lights won’t even turn on. Anyone have any recommendations on where to start?

If you are running it on electricity the refer does not ignite. Switch it to gas and see what happens, or I am not understanding the question.

If you are running on electric or gas, you will still need 12 volts from your batteries for the controls. If your lights in the trailer are not working, your batteries may be dead, because most of not all your lights will be 12 volts. Have you checked any battery disconnect switch you may have that it isn’t off so that the converter isn’t charging the batteries? Also, please list what your rig is so helping diagnosing your problem will be easier.
