Lost A Friend..but got a new one!!
For all of you that have attended the Fall Rally in Goshen and had work done at the Service Center know who Darrel is, he no longer works for Keystone. He was a big help to all of us and will be missed. The gentleman that is taking his place is Carl ???? We didn't get to meet him and sorry I can't remember his last name.

Darrel was a strong person to work at his job. I am not sure I could do it. Best wishes to him for his future.

Darrell Turner has left Keystone for a new position related to health care and health care supplies and equipment. Prior to RV employment Darrell was in the military health field.
The person taking Darrell's place is Carmen Westlake. She was in CustomerService at Keystone.
Darrel will be missed by many who found his professionalism above reproach. We all wish him well in his new endeavor.

Carmen Westlake? OMG! She's alot easier to look at than Darrell! Darrell was a good man and good at what he did. I know what he did as far as his job responsibilities where concerned because, I did them for 2 of Forest River's brands for nearly 5 years. I'm amazed that Darrell lasted as long as he did because, there is a "burn-out" factor. Carmen will be good. She's a good lady!

Darrell will be missed. Many of us owe the great condition of our rigs to his ability to correct what the production line couldn't get right the first time. Darrell was my hero.

Best wishes and good luck to Darrell. While at the rally we had work done and he was great to work with.
He told us that he wanted to go back to a warmer climate, hated the cold, hope he did!
Good luck to Carmen in her new position.

I always knew that Darrell would be straight with me, whether he could do what I wanted or not. He was not only honest, he sincerely wanted to help. Great guy. Great ambassador for Keystone. He will definitely be missed.
