Is my radio dead?

New 2020 3813ms and my radio does not power on. Today was the first time that I tried it. I pulled out the radio and checked the fuse (good) checked the input power (good at connector) but no lights at all.

Any thoughts?

I have a 2020 3812MS and my radio didn’t work either. I took it out and took it to the dealer. They switched it out with a radio from another RV. Installed it and it worked fine. So some radios are just bad.
