A little disappointment but I may get over it!
I’ve had more than one issue with pealing graphics in the past; once on our previous Montana which we replaced after a purchasing them from Burlington Graphics. Last year Keystone honored the graphics by replacing the graphics for the front of our 2007 3400. At that time I could see the very beginnings of them pealing on the BR slide. Well this year they are pealing a lot worse and no doubt will continue. I called today and talked with customer service and they flat out turned me down for any help. They also indicated they probably didn't have to replace them last yrear. I told them I did appreciate the fact that they did. They told me I would have to get them on my own and they were working on the 2013 models now and they had to draw the line somewhere. I asked them where I would be able to get them and they said through your dealer. Well I called the dealer and they were very cooperative. They are sending me a photo of the graphics and will price them according to what I need by part number. They also indicated a ball park figure which seemed to be reasonable. At least we can still get them if we want them. I just hope they will be better quality than what we’ve had in the past.

Is the dealer getting them from Keystone or direct from Burlington? Just so I know since mine is an 06. Still in the testing phase of Red Max Pro to see if it helps keep em stuck to the wall.

We had to replace all the graphics on our 2007 model last May (they started peeling in 2008 or 2009 (don't remember exactly when). After working with Keystone for a long time, we got a replacement set free in the spring of 2011. At our considerable expense, we had the old ones removed and the new ones put on in May of 2011. In March of this year, 10 months after the new ones had been put on, they started peeling again. Right now, we have peeling graphics on both sides. I'm afraid to look at the nose cap.

When we ordered our 2010, we asked if keystone could leave off the graphics, (less work/cost for them) and the answer was no

My question is this. If Keystone is working on the graphics for the 2013 model yr. I wonder if they are still using Burlington as there supplier. If so, my question is why? With all the problems they have had in the past and at the cost of replacing them, it would seem they would find a different supplier. If not, they must be a good price to them and worth the publicity that they are getting, and all the repairs.

Ron, good idea of renting out space on the 5vr. If everyone would join together we could look for a company to pay us to advertise and they would find a company to supply the advertising graphics that would not peel. Who really cares what the front graphic sez as long as the 5vr is a Montana.

Dave, I believe BurlingtonGraphics (BGI) no longer provides or is contracted with Keystone since approximately 2010 timeframe. They may still have an inventory for certain yr/models that they are sending to some owners. Note too that the new graphics seem more "condensed" (my word) than prior to 2009 models. I can't recall the new graphics company but it may be in a previous thread. It maybe too soon to know if the new graphics on the newer models are better. I don't recall seeing newer models posted but there may be some even from the new company. Just not sure.

Well after getting a more detailed pricing on just what I needed I had to decline from the dealer for now. Simply too expensive to suit me at this time.

Better to price getting some painted stripes on the rig. At least then you don't have to worry about replacing them again.

The graphics on our 06 3400 held up fairly well for 4 years then started to shrink and peel at year 5 and went to crap in year 6. Keystone said a full set of 06 graphics were not available. My plan was to remove all the graphics and have a mountain or two and maybe a stripe or two painted on but then decided to buy a Big Sky with full body paint which it does have but there are also a few graphics over that full body paint.
We were told by a local graphic shop that the graphic material on the 06(burlington) were 5 to 7 year graphics under normal conditions. We had some graphics that keystone provided but we never installed. Maybe if we had known that it would not have been so bad?????
we see many Rv's of all brands on the road with bad graphics.

It can't cost that much more to develop stencils of some type and paint the designs on versus using decals cant it? Full body paint, now there's some cost there. But we're just talking about some stripes here. If it were $1000 more cost most would be willing to pay it for 20 years of service versus 3 to 5 right?

If you go to a graphics shop you will find that most of the templates are "in stock" mountains, strips, all sorts of things. 1000.00 might buy you a fair paint job.

Seems to me that full body paint is the way to go. We see many TTs and 5th wheels with faded and peeling graphics, but hardly ever see a motor home with faded or peeling paint.

My guess is that there are a better quality graphic on the higher $$ Motor homes. We do see bad graphics on the lower level M.H's

I don't think you will find any high dollar MHs with any graphics at all.
