Gel Coat Cracks

I was speaking with a friend of mine last night. He and his wife have a 2003 Montana 2955 that has developed hair line cracks in the rear cap. He took it back to his dealer a couple of months ago and was told sorry but you're 4 months out of warranty. I told him about how successful many people are on this site with Keystone stepping up to a problem even when past warranty. I have given him the name of Craig Crouch who I've deal with at Keystone before but if I remember there's another fellow that many of you have dealt with. I would appreciate if anyone could provide me with his name.

Thanks....
