sale of house on front burner

accepted offer on house and signed those papers yesterday.will just have to wait through rest of process. looks like we could be heading for south dakota for residence by mid august.

Congradulations. You have your work cut out for you but it is well worth it. Take it from an old-timer at this. We've been at it for 5 days now. Still haven't been able to wind down but it's coming this weekend. Enjoy youra trip to Sioux Falls and be sure to see the falls. We had a great time along with the zoo.
