LCI Level-Up automatic leveling

Hey all! We have a 2014 with the LCI level-Up with Automatic Leveling. Went to hook up for a weekend and it wouldn't work. When the LCD screen did come on only the backlight was on, no words/symbols/ nothing. Anybody else have something similar?

Try rebooting by disconnecting the wiring harness at the control. That has worked for some with similar symptoms. Lippet customer service is worth a call if that does not work. Pretty responsive most of the time.

On ours, that plug is on the other side of the wall near the pump.

we are having the same problem.....
friday the display said "low power" the electric had been plugged in 3 days charging the battery and refrig. Since the 12V battery was 3 1/2 yrs old went and purchased a new battery. At first same message low power and then it worked right.

got to camp site - it work fine....

went to hitch up today and the display panel will not light - no words.......system would not retract..... pulled paperwork and worked it manually. what a trip!!!
stopped for night - display not working - system not working....staying hitch tonight....

CALL LIPPET CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 8:30AM this morning -
first the 2 numbers they gave me last year - ring twice and states "call failed" wife found a new number on the web site - so we called that and the customer service number was unavailable....tech support number - said leave a message......have not heard back as of 4:30PM.....

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! i will have something to say at the Lippet presentation in Goshen.........

Pulled the control panel off....disconnect the wire harness - held for 60 seconds - reset - no luck......display lights come on but no display wording and system will not work....
Did this 3 times - still no luck........

STILL NO RESPONSE FROM LIPPERT Customer service - which we were told was manned 24/7...................

Open for other suggestions....heading to Memphis tomorrow for a week before heading to Goshen.....sure would like to unhitch and site see in Memphis.......may need to find a mobile RV tech.......

We have always had great great customer support from lippert. Sounds like the control module has failed, if reboot did not help.

I was afraid of that also -
wonder if that is something a RV service place would have replacements in stock?
My leveling units were installed at the 2014 fall rally in Goshen - so they are just less than a year old......
