Awning

Hello, All

Our awning on our 2014 331rlt started to separate or should I say delaminate. Its the standard Dometic power awning with the dark color vinyl fabric. Well anyway I made a call to my dealer NORTHTRAIL RV in Fort Myers Fl. and they had me take pictures of the problem and now keystone is sending us new fabric. Now the question is we live fulltime and moving the unit is not feasible so the dealer is letting us change out the fabric, so anyone out there ever change your own fabric? if so can you give us some pointers Please? And hopefully we can keep the old fabric, but I think I will have to turn it in. Thanks in advance.

This awning is still in good shape just delaminating in a few places and we have a resident that lives in our park and he doesn't make a lot of money and owns an old SOB 5th wheel camper and is awning is just about done so I will give it to him and it will keep him from having to buy one and it will also make the park look better for all of us so I see it as a win win.
