Splendide washer/Dryer all in one Help
I am going to call in the AM but thought I would see if anyone has delt with this. Got home tonight and washer is doa. Water in tank and on spin cycle but no power. Checked breakers and all are fine. Plugged in a light and power to the plug. Push power button on washer and no power. Any ideas. hidden breaker on or in machine? Thanks

Depending upon what model you have this may or may not help. Specifically page 60. This is the training manual for repair technicians on the Splendide washers/dryers.

I forgot to mention that you may want to look for a tiny 'fault light' even if the machine doesn't power up sometimes it will have a teeny tiny light on the front of the control panel that is meant to indicate and error code. That is also in the manual I listed above.

Just my guess based on what you said. Surge protector behind the rear panel lower left side looking from the rear. Pretty easy fix. If I remember correctly about $60.00

I am having trouble with me W/D Splendide 2100 XC. It stop during washing cycle. 3 lights flashing, the lock light, low heat and extra rinse. Anyone know the solution. Have called the tech three times no call back.

We had a power surge over the weekend and our Splendide is doa also. Same symptoms as jrjones. No power, also tried the elec socket with a light. Even ran elec cord to it when we got it home. We called tec support, left number to call us. Never got return call. Called a few times and asked operator to transfer to tech support. When the tech got on the phone would not give us the time of day since our unit was over a year old. Wouldn't even give us suggestions on problem solving. Gave us number of nearest Splendide repair service. We were very disappointed. Busy Carole gave us more Infro than the tech. Since it's an insurance issue for us we haven't went any further but at this point we are not to impressed with their tech support. In the past MOC people have had good results. Not sure if something has changed or we got a bad tech. Sounds like others are experiencing the same no call returns as we did.

I am so sorry that tech support was NOT helpful! That is so frustrating! That is one reason why my husband and I have learned to do so many things on our own...we get tired of waiting for help, having to take our rig somewhere for repairs, AND we don't like the shoddy workmanship we have found to be the standard! Unfortunately that is not always possible! Good luck!
