Another Pat on the Back for Service Centre
We have arrived in Texas after a two day stay at the Service Centre in Goshen. While we were there Darrel and the back room guys fixed our bedroom slide with a retro-fit and our flex problem. They also replaced all our front decals as they were starting to lift at the edges. Our coach is an 04 model and they treated us as if it was new and still under warranty. How good can you get?

Great news. It is so nice to know that Keystone will take care of us. Kind of like having a Guardian Angel. Thank you for posting this positive feedback. After hearing all the great things about the Service Center and then hearing the problems some people have had getting repairs through their dealers, it really makes one think it must be the dealer!
Happy trails........................

Now you know why we are buying our 2nd Montana without even considering any other brand. Not even another Keystone.

Bill and Ann,
Darrel is a top notch guy - and replacing the decals? That just shows Keystone not only stands behind thier product, but they take pride it in as well!
Sue, you're right. It's hard to find that attitude passed down the Dealership.
After all, look what Keystone did for me!

Sue,
Our take:
Dealer - - stinky yucka awful BLAH
Service center - - Wonderful, smells like a rose, looks like a rose, is a ROSE! (Roses are beautiful gift from our maker, eh??)
We acknowledge that many MOC people have had great experiences with their dealer, and yes, we might be jealous.

Bill & Ann, Glad that things went well at the service center. They have a great group of people.
Now that you have arrived in the RGV, we are hoping that you will have nice weather for us when we arrive. We are headed in that direction and should arrive around Dec.5. We wish everyone Happy Holidays and safe travels. Marge

Bill and Ann,
We just left the service center and are in the fairgrounds for the next week. We had our right side slide floor replaced due to it being a trampoline when stepped on. Once again Daryll and the shop did an outstanding job and we now have a very firm floor in the slideout. I also passed on some suggestions which were well received and may even find themselves in future Montanas. We may be going to the valley in Feb and if so maybe we'll be able to stop by.

Just another bouquet of gratitude for a good, no great, company. For the life of me I can never understand why the majority of us have had such wonderful service from Keystone (and our dealers) while others issue nothing but complaints about both. Could it be the approach?

I have a great dealer KETELSEN'S in Hiawatha Ia. They are a super dealer IMO. I figure that if there is something that they can not fix,off to Goshen and the factory. The people that I have dealt with at Keystone are also IMO super people. Great dealer and backed by great factory makes a Great product.
