Advice on an Electrical Mod

Used to complain about how terrible the lighting was in our 6 year old Cougar! Just picked up a new Montana HC and absolutely can’t get used to how bright the six recessed LEDs are up in the bedroom! So... wondering if it’s possible to install one of those touch sensitive dimmers like they put over the theatre seats downstairs? Anyone done it? Any problems either electrically or aesthetically (I.E. does it fit well where the larger switch plate was etc.)? I know it’s a 12 v switch, but I’m not an electrician...any problem controlling 6 LEDs as opposed to the two downstairs. Any advice appreciated!

As long as the LED’s are the dimmable type you can make the rest work.
