A/C Unit (Front/Back)

Not sure thing are quite right with the units on my 3120RL. When I run the front (Bedroom) unit (solely), no air comes out of the vents. To test things out, I then turned off the front, and turned on the Living Room (rear), and then cool air came out in the bedroom. My question is, why is there a front unit if I can't even get air from it? It doesn't cool the bedroom when on. Could the duck work been done incorrectly at the factory? Thoughts?

You for sure know the unit is running?
If it is running your correct air should move even if it’s not cool.
If that’s the case, you need to do one of 2 things.
Buy a cheap bore scope that works with your cell phone. Remove a return air vent and direct a bright light toward the middle with the bore scope.
Secondly you could go on the roof and remove the AC unit 4 bolts and 1 wire connection. Have some thick cardboard to set it on. There should be 2 rectangular openings and the unit should be centered over these.
While off check the openings and make sure they are not collapsing.
If you search for AC not cooling you will find lots of information and even some pictures of fixes.
