What 90mph car does to Montana

This happened about a week ago. Car (Chrysler 300) doing 90mph down a city street. Lost control and went through my Montana, car, and hit the neighbors house. The front bedroom of my Montana ended up in the neighbors bedroom. Looks like my Montana vomited all over the front yard. I was just amazed at the damage a car can do to these RVs.

Yes he did and his passenger (thank God). Driver was arrested for reckless endangerment, reckless driving and speeding. He wasn't impaired. Just stupid.

I beg to differ, stupid is an impairment. What a moron. Glad you weren't hurt.

He was impaired - Lack of Brain engagement. Good luck with his insurance.

Should lose his license for life. Too many reckless and drunk people out there with no regard for other people. We need stricter laws and better enforcement. I had a car run me into several cones on Hwy 10 in Arizona because he wouldn't let me over when the lanes went from 3 to 2 in a construction zone. He was even with my trailer and proceeded to cut me off. Arizona are some of the worst drivers around.

Bad Drivers

Apparently you haven’t been in Silicon Valley recently.

Hope you both have good insurance. The car owners 15-30-5 insurance isn't going to cover this.

Lucky all lived!

in AZ the law states on merging that if you are the merger, you have the right of way. other diver must mover over, or slow down. front fender is the rule of thumb of who has right of way in a marked merge zone.

Only state I know of that has the law written this way.

Glad to hear all are safe.
My story goes, we were traveling from Spokane south on that desert stretch after having some 5'r issues along the way. My wife and I were talking about the trials and tribulations of our journey when this Navy jet straifed across the 5'r. Not expecting the loudness and shockwave as it passed over, we thought the 5'r had just come apart behind us. It took a moment to regroup and realized it was a jet and not the trailer, ugh. We thought all was lost. Another story for the campfire.
Safe travels all.

Wow!! I'm glad everyone is OK. That's the same rig we have. Ours is in the shop right now because someone hit us head on while it was parked in storage. Do Mountaineers just attract bad drivers??? Yikes.

A 3,500 pound car traveling at 90 will do a lot of damage to anything it hits. Glad everyone is ok.
