RVing Lifestyle Redux

I got a call from Keystone this morning with an offer to repair the roof, either here or at the factory in Goshen. We chose the Factory and will be there on the 25th. Betsy and I want to thank everyone who posted here and on FB about this situation. I apologize for letting the stress get a handle on me and my running my mouth so much. I guess as I get older I tend to not control my emotions as well. You all have been a great help during this last week and we thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts. Betsy was here to take the brunt of my frustration and anger and I apologize for subjecting her to that fun period. Once again the MOC has come through for a member, and so has Keystone/Montana. Thanks to all those that phoned also. It appears as our RV lifestyle may not end as soon as we had thought. Thanks again everyone!!

Outstanding News! This just helps re-enforce our belief in the Keystone/ Montana products. We are glad you will be able continue with all of us on this great way of seeing our beautiful country!

I am very glad to hear this. And I am just going to say it. That should have been their first response...

Good to hear! Montana customer service is awesome. That's one of the main reason we've had 3 of their rigs!
Look forward to seeing you in Goshen.

Great news Dave! For whatever reason Keystone decided to step up, be it taking responsibility or just plain taking care of a long time customer, a big round of applause. Glad to see so much support here as well.

No apologies necessary. I am sure I would have reacted the same. I have been very lucky so far with my Montana and pray it stays this way. We always look forward to spending time in our Monty.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! THAT IS GREAT NEWS! I am so glad that Keystone stepped up and did the right thing, albeit a little late in the game, but better late than never!!!

Don't worry about the emotions...that is what friends are for! If you can't vent with us who can you vent with! I am just so glad it has been taken care of! Now go get a good nights sleep in your somewhat damp trailer!

So happy you have a great solution and can continue the RV lifestyle. Looks like Keystone is paying attention to this forum and some of the social media. Good luck.

I am so glad to hear you're not giving up. I know I suggested attorneys, but I am so thankful you won't have to go that route. I've got 2 good friends that are attorney's and still don't care for the profession that much. Good luck and keep us informed on the repair. A great wife is the best.

Wait!! Turn around and come back to Kansas City, we didn't do the lunch at Amaristar! Congrats on getting this rectified and thank you Keystone for finally stepping up to the plate.
