Montana DVD/video tape

I posed a question to my wife: why doesn't Montana simply offer a dvd or video tape with each unit to cover hitches, equipment, maintenance, etc.? Heck, charge a few bucks for it. I'd buy one! That way they could tailor each segment to the particular unit they're selling. It just seems like a doable thing, doesn't it? How much work and time could it take? It would cut down on a lot of their time answering questions and solving problems.

What a terrific idea. Maybe the experienced MOC owners on this Forum
could compile a booklet of these problems (much like a recipe booklet where every one contributes his/her best ideas) and use it as a money maker for the club?

There is a tape from a RV owner, don't remember who. You can do a search or look on good sams site to fine the book or tape.

In today's "information age", Ketstone could/should do video clips and put them on their website(s) - pick your make, pick your model, pick the system (water, A/C, towing, etc.), then pick the video (draining holding tanks, awning operation, hitching up, etc.). We could even download them for future use !!
