If you live in Washington and are heading to Lake Powell you have to pass thru Oregon (short way). Oregon does not allow double tow on Rv's

i always wanted to tow my 14' aluminum jon boat behind mine so i could fish while i camp. just worried a trooper somewhere would make me take it off in their state. motor, boat and trailer at the most weighs about 400 lb. dave.

It is doubtful that you would be stopped in any State for double towing unless you exceed the length requirement.I have seen some scary things on the road which is probably why most manufacturer's do not recommend towing or void the warranty if you do.
