Carbon Points
This was one of our "caravans" last spring assembling together after a highway pit stop and fuel. This was a quick trip to the lake with family. As each vehicle had my name on it, and because I'm the Dad, fuel was typically my treat.
However - with fuel hitting $4.00 a gallon, this just isn't funny or fun anymore. Sad, but some of these toys are going to stay home this year as I make our reservations. $100 fuel ups every four hours for each of these hungry tow motors, plus $150 fuel ups 2 - 3 times a day on the boats, equals about $1.25 a minute! yikes!!
Oh no, I forgot to add in the Tequila and limes!!

Brad,
Come on, nothing is bad enough to make the switch to Keyston! Our fuel bill going to the Rio Grande Valley, TX and back was $2K. Our summer trips will be shorter this year. Good looking equipment in your family.

Brad, I have 2 thirsty wave runners plus my 23' Sea Ray, (with a 454). I switched years ago from the 80 proof tequila to 94 proof gin....a few martinis and who cares about the fuel bill. (I did cut out the olives however.)
