Pirates~!~

Here on the Island, looking to the Sea, one cannot help but think of ships, adventure on the waters and...Pirates.
Here on South Padre we have Blackbeards, a really great place to get good food of all kinds, Seafood, and country style as well. Over in Port Isabel, just 3 miles or so over the Queen Isabella Bridge, there is Pirates Landing, right on the water, also 'Good Eats'. (Apologies to the food network.)
In the spirit of the Swashbuckling bunch of marauders, I offer up a riddle and ask for yours....
Where do Pirates like to dine????

AAAArrrbyss....

Too much seafood on the ship. Find the perfect "TX chicken-fried steak" and cold adult beverages, and you'll find the pirates, and cowboys!!!

Chris, that is strange you put it that way, Blackbeards, here on the Island is the best place I have ever had Chicken Fried Chicken, mashed taters, yummy green beans. Oh yes, they do have mighty cold beer!

One of the funniest lines from TV (at least to me at the time) was from 3rd Rock From The Sun when the head character Dick (played by John Lithgow) was dressed as a pirate at a Halloween party. A partygoer asked "Ahoy, Matey, Where are your bucaneers?" to which an irate Dick snapped back "Under my buckin' hat!!"
