Tandem wheel spacing
Just discovered (when I bought locking wheel chocks), that on our '04 Montana 3655FL there is about 1.5 inches difference in the spacing between the tandem wheels on opposite sides. Would assume this means that the wheels are not tracking perfectly parallel on both sides.
Does anyone know if this is an issue that I should be concerned about? We have only had the unit two months so don't know yet if there is a tire wear problem.

I would take the rig to an axle alignment shop. It appears to me that the axles are out of alignment. Has been an issue with a lot of rigs.

Jim, before you take it anywhere there is one thing you should check. When you parked it did you back it or pull it in a straight line for several feet? If not the axels will twist and appear to be out of allignment.

Take a look at the shackle hangers and springs also. We had a hanger break on our 1st 5er and we stopped to help a couple at Yellowstone with a 2 week old 5er who had a broken spring, the eye broke off right at the shackle.

Thanks everyone. Shall check it again next time I move it and see if any difference when on the straightaway. Have checked hangars and shackles etc and all looks fine.
