That's probably a good idea. I don't know if that was done with ours or not. Guess I'll have to crawl under and check that out. Thanks.

Has anyone have opinions on Line-X, vs Rhino liners? Getting ready to have it done, but wonder which is better or about the same? How about any pricing??

Don't know about the pricing, but the Linex liners I've seen seem to be thicker than the Rhino liners, but that may be due to the individual shop doing the installation. If you get the Linex done, be sure to have them do the additional clear sealer coat, it keeps it looking blacker longer.

How thick is the linex? Both my rhino liners have been 1/4 inch. I wasn't aware of the clear sealer coat, though. That's a good idea.

DCP, I've had the rhino liner in two trucks and have been very pleased with the way they stand up to abuse. I don't know much about the linex but suspect it's just as good. My personal opinion is that both are good, so make your decision on which appearance you like better and which gets you the better price. Just my opinion.
