Service center

Has anyone noted that now when you call the service center they ask if you are a Keystone or DUTCHMAN owner. To some of us who have been around for awhile it can be of some significance for the good IMO.
We are talking to the service center today and will make inquiries.

Does this mean that they have bought the Dutchman line of RV vehicles?

I am pretty sure when I called the main number the announcement said I had reached "Keystone and Dutchman RV manufacturing", or something of that nature. I thought I heard or read someplace that Keystone bought them out in late 2013.

Keystone and Dutchman are both owned by Thor Industries so I'm assuming they are merging the call centers for economic reasons. Arom left the Montana Division and went to Dutchman so maybe they are working something out that way also!

I am just talking out loud but I suspect a Aram influence here and that would be good news.. BTW it is no longer the service center it is "Owner relations" center and folks who answer the phones are owner relations specialist.

And since Keystone is owned by Thor, mention of the Redwood line of fifth wheels shouldn't be taboo here should it?

There are several Rv manufacturers under the Thor Umbrella but this is still the Montana owners group.

Rich, does that give you more confidence, less or about the same? I was just wondering if changes like that really make any difference to the customer.

Does not mean a thing to me. The quality of service is what I judge on.
