Grandson's surgery
Our oldest grandson was rushed into emergancy brain surgery after experiencing migrains and vomiting. He's in recovery now but could use some prayers. Thanks

Thanks to all. The prayers are working. Surgery went well and Cody is in ICU. He had a blood clot which looks like he received it duing football about three weeks ago by blocking a point after with his head. He took himself out of the game but did not share the extent of his pain with anyone. They will run another CT to make sure the clot does not reappear and than an injection die .

We talked to Cody this evening. He was able to converse with us for a few minutes which considering what he went through is a miracle in itself. Possibly tomorrow, if the draining subsides enough, they will remove the drain and move him from ICU. Wish we could be there with him but he seems to have lots of family and friends with him.
