Odd sounds

So our 2021 3120rl has seen just shy of 100 miles and is now getting battery upgrades, sealing belly holes, etc. While out in the shop, every once in awhile I have heard an odd, metallic click. Thinking I might be experiencing the leveling leg popping, I pushed on the pinbox and the clicking noise is coming from the overhang, ie bedroom space, not the legs as I suspected. Did several pushes ( shaking the rig essentially) and got the popping to stop, left her a day for other work, and just went out and did another adjustment pushes and it only popped once.

Has anyone experienced this odd what I would call "settling noise"? Curious if it's any of the aluminum framing in the front, but glad it seems once it is settled with my help it seems to have stopped, for now. I imagine this will continue to happen after every towing session. Hoping it isn't an indication of poor welds, etc.

Thanks

Allen

Allen,

I would put anti-stiction fluid in to rule out the levelers popping.

Thanks

Yea, I need to do that. I hope that's it, but does the hydraulic popping happen when static?

When you go to purchase the stiction fluid, get two quarts, as it is likely that you may need two quarts to stop the stiction popping. https://support.lci1.com/documents/t...raulic-systems

Agree. Go ahead and put both quarts in it. Mine needed both,
