Fridge Question

For those of you not full time, but who go out frequently, I'm wondering about just leaving the fridge running while it's sitting in my backyard. We tend to go out every 2 weeks, and the only thing we have to load up at this point is the fridge.

I just replaced my cooling stack with the Amish one, and I'm thinking that I can just leave most of the stuff in the fridge. We level the trailer and open slide outs when we get home to organize and wash sheets and such. So trailer would be level, and running on A/C power.

Just wondering what the thoughts are on this.

Once we turn it on it stays on till we winterize. we also leave the ac on all summer, the humidity here in the north east can last for a while. We leave it set at 75 when not in use & it stays nice & dry.
