Welcome to this family! Please enlighten us on some of your unpleasant experiences and issues you have had. There will be a lot of helpful folks on here that can/will assist you in ways that dealers won't or can't. Everyone on here learns from others issues and misfortunes, thus making us all one big family.

Welcome, Also a 3820 FK here. Always interested in what could go wrong with these units, so we can learn how to be prepared for the event if it were to occur. Just continue with this thread, admin will redirect, if it's not appropriate.

Good Luck

Dealer had our unit 60 days.returned it with items not repaired.i personally showed service manager items malfunctioning that his techs couldnt duplicate.could not duplicate seems far more popular than item repaired

Since you are in my vicinity, it sounds like we may be using the same dealer in Fife. 60 days is a long time for sitting at their lot. I have two things to be fixed in a couple of weeks on my 3820. The In-Command is one of them, the Bluetooth won't sync up, rendering it useless until fixed. I guess I will make plans after I get it back.

Unfortunately this sounds like a dealer problem vs product problem and it happens regardless of brand. If you would be more specific about the problems you have maybe someone here could help you.

We have had similar experience with dealer in Fife takes months to get an appointment then when you pick it up things are not repaired. have had to take ours back twice for rear A/C leak.
