347THT 2010 vs 2011, and is this a 2nd AC?

Hi everyone, I'm in the market for a Montana Mountaineer 347THT toy hauler. I think it was made just from 2008-2012 then replced with the 357THT in 2013.

It looks like the older body style was from 2008-2009, and the newer body style was from 2010-2012. I'm not sure what that entails, just that they look different from the outside.

I'm looking at 2 units for sale right now -- one is a 2010 in Florida, the other is a 2011 in Virginia (where I live).

Q: Do you know what changes were made for 2011 over the 2010 model?

The 2010 unit in Florida that I'm looking at appears to have an air-conditioner in the bedroom.

Q: Please take a look at the photo, is that a 2nd AC? I don't have a pic of the living room, so I'm only assuming there's an AC in the living room.

The dealer in Florida is offering his 2010 unit for about $2K less than the 2011 in Virginia. I would have to drive my truck from Virginia to Florida and hault it back, about $400 in diesel.

Q: Is the 2011 unit that much better of a unit over the 2010 to justify spending $1,600 more for it?

Thanks for your help!
